ESMA has published an updated version of the Manual on pre-trade and post-trade transparency under MiFID II/MiFIR.
The updates refer to Section 4.2.5.1 (Update of flags) and Section 7.4 (Guidance on transactions qualifying as initial admission to trading for the purpose of Article 27h(6)(b))
