The outcome of this consultation should enable the Commission to incorporate stakeholders' feedback on how to effectively define the reduced content and the standardised format and sequence of the EU follow‑on prospectus and the EU growth issuance prospectus. This process should ensure efficiency and effectiveness, while allowing flexibility where necessary.
